Her theme this year, was rainbows. She wanted a very colourful party - and a rainbow cake.


Of course, for breakfast, Dad's rainbow pancake for the birthday girl.


She is ready for her close up ;)

Dash was so intrigued by the multiple balloons ... yet not intrigued enough to crawl to them ... he will get there. No rush ;)



We setup at a park near our new home. Literally steps away. But, living in the westcoast, the weather was not as nice as we hoped....We got rained on. 


So my dearest darling hubby made room in our (was then, cramped up with moving boxes) garage for our guests.
And of course the rain went away ... but good thing we lived close enough to the playground.


I am not sure if she was worried about the spark or her earrings <3

Either way, she always melts my heart!


And the infamous rainbow cake - hubby and I made for our little girl.
It was a hit! 
6 layers of colourful sponge cake, inbetween with marshmallow cream and covered with coconut cream icing. YUMMY!!!
